The hotel staff were extremely kind and welcoming, despite their minimal English proficiency. the traditional Japanese tatami room was breathtaking with its beautiful ocean view, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. the hot springs were relaxing and invigorating, and the Japanese breakfast and dinner were mouth, watering. the hotel also provided a free pick, up service from the port, which was a great gesture. the price, performance ratio was exceptional, and I would definitely stay here again.
Although the hot springs were lovely, they were a bit small.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel with breathtaking ocean views from the traditional Japanese tatami room. The staff was very kind and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The cozy and clean hotel facilities included small onsens for each gender and family. Additionally, their free pick-up service from the port was very convenient. Furthermore, the Japanese breakfast and dinner were delicious.
Nothing, all great.

The hospitality shown by the staff was top-notch, always kind and friendly. the meals served were tasty and authentic, which added to the overall experience. Little onsens for each gender and family were a great addition, offering an opportunity to relax and unwind. the free pick up service from the port was a lifesaver, making travel to the location seamless.
Communication was a bit lacking, as the receptionist struggled to understand and speak English. the distance of the hotel from the port made it a bit challenging for independent travelers, especially with the lack of proper pickup instructions.

Great view from the room, and the onsens were relaxing. It was nice to have both a gendered and family onsen to enjoy. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
It was difficult to communicate with staff who spoke very little English. The location was inconvenient with limited transportation options.
